Preston University has established its world headquarters in Los Angeles, California USA.
We have applied for an official license to operate from the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), the agency designated to regulate private schools in the State. The licensing process is rigorous and detailed, and takes considerable time.
While we await the licensing decision from the BPPE, Preston University will continue to serve its alumni and graduates with transcript service, degree certification, and record keeping through the office of the Registrar.
